New order confirmations received during the holiday will be processed on June 23
Contract signing and review services will resume on June 23
PRODUCTION AND WORKSHOP
All production lines will be fully suspended from June 20 to June 22
Final production run before holiday: June 19, end of day shift
Production resumption: June 23, first morning shift
Quality control and inspection teams will resume full operations on June 23
In-process orders will be prioritized for completion immediately after the holiday
LOGISTICS AND SHIPPING DEPARTMENT
Domestic courier services: No pickups or deliveries on June 22
International shipping:
Sea freight bookings: Cut-off time for this week's vessel: June 19, 12:00 PM CST
Air freight bookings: Last acceptance before holiday: June 19, 3:00 PM CST
Express shipments (DHL, FedEx, UPS): Last pickup June 19, resuming June 23
All customs clearance services will be suspended on June 22
Container loading and yard operations: No services on June 22
Expected delivery delay: 1-2 business days for all shipments scheduled during the holiday period
FINANCE DEPARTMENT
Bank transfers and payments:
Domestic payments: Last processing June 19, 3:00 PM CST
International remittances: Last processing June 19, 12:00 PM CST
All banks in China will be closed on June 22, no transactions will be processed
Invoicing: All invoices requested before June 19 will be issued before the holiday
Payment verification and reconciliation: Resuming full operations June 23

PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS: All payments due between June 20-22 should be arranged before June 19 to avoid late fees or service interruptions

SUPPLIER COORDINATION: Please note that most Chinese suppliers and service providers will observe the same holiday schedule
