Notice of 2026 Labor Day Holiday Arrangement

Hello everyone!

As the Labor Day holiday approaches, in accordance with the national statutory holiday schedule and based on our company's actual situation, we hereby announce the holiday arrangements for Labor Day 2026 as follows:

1. Holiday Duration:

Our company will be closed from May 1 (Friday) to May 3 (Sunday), 2026, for a total of three days. We will resume normal operations on May 4 (Monday).

2. Department Arrangements:

1. Customer Service Department:

During the holiday, our customer service team will not be available for online support. If you have urgent matters, please contact us via phone(13210025129) in advance, and we will try to address them before the holiday. For matters that can only be handled after the holiday, we will follow up promptly on May 4.

2. Project Management Department:

During the holiday, ongoing projects will continue as planned. For projects under construction, we will ensure the safety and working conditions at the job sites. If there are any adjustments to the project schedule, the project manager will communicate with relevant customers and partners beforehand. The project manager will remain available by phone for any emergency issues that may arise during the holiday.

3. Purchasing Department:

All procurement and material supply activities will be temporarily paused during the holiday. If you have urgent material needs, please contact us in advance to make arrangements. The purchasing department will resume normal operations after the holiday.

4. Production Department:

For steel structure products currently in production, the production schedule will be completed before the holiday, ensuring smooth operations. During the holiday, production will be temporarily halted, and production will resume promptly after the holiday. If there are urgent delivery requirements, the production supervisor will confirm the delivery schedule with clients and ensure timely delivery.

5. Finance Department:

The finance department will suspend routine accounting and settlement during the holiday. If there are any urgent financial matters, please notify us in advance so we can address them before the holiday, or follow up after the holiday.

6. After-sales Service Department:

During the holiday, after-sales services will be temporarily suspended. If you have any product-related or after-sales service issues, you can make an appointment via phone(13210025129), and we will arrange for service after the holiday.

3. Important Notes:

1. Please take time to rest during the holiday, maintain your health, and avoid overexertion.

2. To avoid any communication delays during the holiday, we suggest that clients and partners address any matters with us in advance. If you have projects, orders, or any issues that need to be handled before the holiday, please inform us by April 30 to avoid any disruption to your work arrangements.

3. The company will keep emergency contact channels open during the holiday, but response times may be slightly delayed compared to normal. We appreciate your understanding.
